These weapons were just released from a LOCAL Police Dept Confiscated Weapons Sale 
and will come with a copy of the letter from the Police Chief, stating that. 
All proceeds, less shipping and Gunbroker Fees, will be credited back to the department. 
Unless otherwise stated, all have been cleaned, and test fired for functionality only, not for accuracy. 
 
 
You are bidding on ONE of two Remington 870 Express Magnum 12 gauge Shotguns 
 
#1, 388 
 
The barrel states 2 3/4 inch or 3 inch MAGNUM shells but was only tested with 2 3/4 inch 
 
Only real difference is one has had the FOREGRIP Amateurly shortened, 
but with a bit of sanding, can be easily made to look good. 
Shows LITTLE ware, the actions work smooth, bore is shiny, and in good, usable condition..
